There are teleconferencing service providers, that can offer the service (and professional help) to your company in exchange of a fee on a per hour basis. Once you've become their client, you and all the other participants to the teleconference will receive a toll-free number and a PIN.

At the time established for the teleconference, you and the other participants can join the discussion by dialing the toll-free number and using the PIN for authentication. Once you are in the conference you can talk for as long as you want.

The host is the only one that can control the session entirely. The host can decide who should be online and who shouldn't be at a certain point in time. By default, if the host hangs up, the entire teleconference is over. There are alternate options that can make the conference continue even if the host hangs up.
