There are teleconferencing service providers, that can offer the service (and professional help) to your company in exchange of a fee on a per hour basis. Once you've become their client, you and all the other participants to the teleconference will receive a toll-free number and a PIN.
You will be asked to choose a date and hour for your teleconference. This is necessary, because if other persons demand the same time slot there may be a clash of dates. At the time established for the teleconference, you and the other participants can join the discussion by dialing the toll-free number and using the PIN for authentication. Once you are in the conference you can talk for as long as you want. The host is the only one that can control the session entirely. The host can decide who should be online and who shouldn't be at a certain point in time. By default, if the host hangs up, the entire teleconference is over. There are alternate options that can make the conference continue even if the host hangs up. As with any other service, you have to choose the best providers on the market. If you do that and if you follow their instructions, you'll see that setting up a conference call is quite easy and fun. |
